How to Order & Pick-Up

 

This isn’t Amazon Prime. This is a local service for the Sarasota crew, run by me, Sean. Please read this entire page before placing an order so you know exactly how this works.

 

1. The Ordering Process

 

  • Place Your Order: Browse the products and submit your order through the website. This action is a request, not a final purchase.
  • Wait for My Email: I will personally review your order request.
  • Get Confirmation: I will email you to confirm product availability and the final price. An order is not guaranteed until you receive this confirmation email from me.

 

2. Payment

 

Once we’ve confirmed your order via email, payment is simple.

 

3. Sourcing, Shipping & Lead Times

 

I use two different sources to get these products. Your patience is key.

  • Standard (China):
    • Lead Time: Approximately 3 weeks. This can be faster or (more likely) longer. It’s out of my hands once the order is placed.
    • There are risks that sometimes these orders can be seized by border security. The manufacturer will attempt to resend if that happens if then will refund it the second shipment unsuccessful.
    • Cost: This is the most affordable option.
    • Units: Sold only in full kits (10 vials).
    • Shipping Costs:
      • Group Buys: I try to group multiple people’s order together to save on shipping. At times I may need to wait on placing your order until I have enough purchased to qualify for free shipping (Usually $300).
      • Non-Group Buy: Shipping is typically $60 and that can be placed any time. The $60 will be on top of the total price.
  • Express (US Warehouse):
    • Lead Time: Usually within 1 week.
    • No border security seizure risk
    • Cost: These are more expensive, but you get them much faster.
    • Units: These can often be ordered in half-kits (5 vials).
    • Products: Few options available

 

4. Delivery: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY

 

This is critical. I do not ship. At all.

  • All orders are for local pickup from me (Sean) in Sarasota.
  • If you do not live in or around Sarasota and cannot pick up your order in person, please do not order.
